会议注册与论文提交 Submission and Registration

1.  重要日期 Important dates:

  • 论文摘要提交截止日期：2019年1月10日
  • submission of abstracts: January 10, 2019
  • 论文录取通知截止日期： 2019年1月17日
  • notification to authors: January 17, 2019
  • 参会注册截止日期：2019年1月25日
  • registration with notification: January 25, 2019
  • 旁听注册截止日期（名额有限）： 2019年1月31日
  • registration without notification (limited): January 31, 2019;
  • 会议时间：2019年3月13日至15日
  • congress: March 13, 14, and 15, 2019;
  • 论文终稿须附中文标题并按规定格式提交，截止日期：2019年6月30日
  • submission of the final text for publication: June 30, 2019.

2. 论文摘要提交 Submission of abstracts

大会接受学术发言（20分钟以内）或论文海报（A1尺寸，594×841毫米，按poster-modelo规定格式自行印刷）。论文摘要须在2019年1月10日前发送至ic-ua-dialogosipc@ua.pt，并包含以下信息：

We accept proposals in an oral contribution format (maximum 20 minutes) or billboard (A1 size – 594 x 841 mm, to be presented according to the poster template provided and the printing must be done by the author). Abstract submissions will take place up until the 10 January 2019. Proposals must be sent to the ic-ua-dialogosipc@ua.pt address, with the following information:

– 作者姓名 name(s) of the author(s);
– 所属单位 institution;
– 学术发言或论文海报标题 title of the paper/ poster;
– 电子邮箱 email;
– 联系地址 complete address;
– 6个关键词 6 keywords;
– 参会形式 （发言或论文海报）indication of whether it is an oral contribution/paper or billboard;
– 论文摘要（300字以内）abstract of up to 300 words;
– 简历（最多5行）brief resume (up to 5 lines).

硕博研究生与专业相关的论文必须经导师授权并加署其姓名。所有论文摘要将由学术委员会进行评审。录取结果于2019年1月17前以电子邮件形式通知作者。

Contributions arising from academic work in progress should include (upon authorization) the supervisor(s) as coauthors. All abstracts will be subject to review by the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified by e-mail until 17 January 2019.

3. 注册 Registration

所有参会者须在2019年1月25日前，发送电子邮件至ic-ua-dialogosipc@ua.pt进行注册，并附上银行转账付款证明。

To validate your status as a speaker, you must register through ic-ua-dialogosipc@ua.pt until 25 January 2019, with proof of the bank transfer attached.

为出具收据，请注明收据上的个人姓名或单位名称，以及相应的税号和完整地址。

In order to issue a receipt, please indicate the name that must appear on the receipt, as well as the respective tax identification number and full address.

  • 旁听注册费：25欧元（截至2019年2月15日）
    Registration without a contribution : 25 € (until 15 February 2019).
  • 参会注册费 ：80欧元（截至2019年1月25日）
    Registrations with an oral or poster contribution: 80 € (until 25 January 2019).

所有银行转帐手续费将由本人承担。
Banking fees will be borne by the congressman/congresswoman.

  • 阿威罗大学的教师和学生免收注册费。申请参与证书须支付10欧元。
    Teachers and students of the University of Aveiro are exempt from registration payment. In such cases, in order to receive a participation certificate, a payment of 10 € must be made.

4. 论文终稿提交与格式规则 Submission of final texts & presentation criteria

发言或海报的论文将经学术委员会审核后出版，请于2019年6月30日前将论文终稿发送至ic-ua-dialogosipc@ua.pt　。论文终稿必须符合下列规定：

The final texts of oral or poster contributions for publication will also be subjected to a peer review process and must be sent to ic-ua-dialogosipc@ua.pt until the 30 June 2019, in accordance with the following stipulations:

  • 格式：Times New Roman 12号字体，1.5倍行间距
  • Formatting: 12 point Times New Roman, 1.5 line spacing;
  • 标题：论文题目（葡文与中文）、作者姓名、所属单位
  • Header: title, name(s), institution(s);
  • 300字以内的摘要（葡语与英语）
  • Abstract up to 300 words (Portuguese and English);
  • 6个关键词（葡语与英语）
  • 6 keywords (Portuguese and English);
  • 论文页数：20页以内
  • Page limit: 20.
